Returns

If there are problems with your purchase, please contact us at bobbedardhammers@gmail.com.  We will do our best to work with you to ensure you are happy with our products.  
If it is necessary to return an item, we will send you shipping instructions and estimated shipping cost.
Refund of the purchase price will be issued when we receive the return. 
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been altered by purchasers in any way.
