Features
Height is adjustable by adjusting straps and changing the position of the leg bolts
Angle is adjustable from flat to steep by changing the position of the leg bolts - if stand is adjusted to a flat or nearly flat playing angle, it may not fold completley without readjusting the bolt positions
Has both grab handle and shoulder strap
